project construction, in order to solve the power consumption problem, under the coordination of Pu'er municipal government, Yunnan power grid company determined that "the initial new cement plant total reduction transformer T is connected to mummy river-dapingzhang (user asset) 110kV line as the transition scheme, after the completion of 110kV six-shun transformer, the power supply scheme of the new 1 back to 110kV line connected to 110kV 6 smooth transformer" for the total substation of the cement plant. Due to the slow load growth in the power supply area of Liushun Town, the power supply point 110kV Liushun of Yunnan Peak Permanent Power Supply Scheme will not start construction during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. On the one hand, the existing transition scheme restricts the long-term development of Yunnan Peak, on the other hand, it restricts the power demand of Yunnan Shanshui Copper Company Phase II Project, and at the same time, it needs to pay line rental fee every year, greatly increasing the operating cost.

In order to completely solve the worries of electricity consumption, Yunnan Jianfeng applied to Pu 'er Power Supply Bureau on 2015 1 15 to change the original power supply scheme to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise, improve the reliability of power supply and meet the future demand for electricity consumption growth. After coordination by provincial and municipal power departments, Yunnan power grid company agreed to adjust the power supply scheme of Yunnan peak total reduction and transformation in 2016 , and changed the original T to 110kV mummy river-dapingzhang line to T to 110KV mulan line. After the completion of 2017 220kV Lancang Tangsheng transformer, it will be disconnected from the tower of 110kV Mulan line 54 , which will be the special power supply line for Yunnan peak. After received the approval of the provincial network company, Yunnan peak immediately organized a series of work such as exploration, design, land occupation compensation, construction, etc. After careful deployment, the line
