This adjustment combines similar items and related items of department responsibilities. Members of the management team concurrently serve as managers and deputy managers of the comprehensive finance department and the three centers respectively, promoting internal integration and process optimization, improving the comprehensive functions of the department and improving the efficiency of internal communication.
After the organizational restructuring, the original administrative personnel department and finance department of Jianfeng Health were merged into the comprehensive finance department. The three major workshops of health care products, plant extraction and Chinese herbal pieces, as well as the engineering security department and storage department, are incorporated into the production and manufacturing center. The quality department and the research and development department are merged into the technical quality center. At the sales meeting held on 2 July 17 , the sales work of 2017 was deployed and implemented, and the sales economic responsibility system was signed with all sales personnel. The new marketing system has been basically adjusted and completed, and the management assessment rules of each workshop and department will be gradually improved in the future.
