I am a deputy to the District People's Congress

The first meeting of the Ninth People's Congress of Wucheng District, Jinhua City was held from # June 13 to 18 . I walked into the venue with representatives of the District People's Congress from all walks of life to discuss the blueprint for the development of Wucheng in the next five years. I was extremely excited.

As a grass-roots employee of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, I was honored to be elected as a deputy to the 9th Wucheng District People's Congress in 12 last year. In order to further improve the theoretical literacy of the deputies and enhance their ability to perform their duties, the District People's Congress organized the ninth Wucheng District People's Congress performance training meeting on July 18, 12, 19. The relevant staff of the Municipal People's Congress explained to us the superiority of the people's Congress system, the nature and responsibilities of the people's Congress and its Standing Committee, and introduced the legal status, job nature, rights and obligations of the people's Congress deputies, and how to play a representative role and perform their duties. During the period, the principal of Dongyuan Primary School, as an old representative, exchanged experience with everyone in performing their duties, and asked the deputies to the National People's Congress to enhance their awareness of representatives, firmly establish the idea of "the people elect me as a representative, and I as a representative for the people", and effectively enhance their sense of responsibility and mission. Effectively fulfill legal obligations; keep close contact with the masses, give full play to the role of deputies, actively put forward various targeted proposals, and be a qualified deputies. At the same time, in order to enable the newly elected representatives to better understand the development of Wucheng district in the first five years, the district people's congress also organized us to visit the lake seawall park, the new energy automobile town huake automobile, tangshen highway, jiufeng ranch, etc. During the 6 days of the National People's Congress, we listened to and reviewed relevant reports such as the Wucheng District Government Work Report, Economic and Social Development Plan, Wucheng District 2016 Budget, etc. Elected the Standing Committee of the Ninth People's Congress of Wucheng District, the head and deputy head of the district people's government, the director of the district supervisory committee, the president of the district people's court, and the procurator of the district people's procuratorate, and delegates to the seventh jinhua city people's congress. The meeting also announced the results of the district government's key practical vote for benefiting the people in 2017 , and determined ten practical arrangements for benefiting the people. I have participated in these agendas and have exercised my rights as a deputy to the National People's Congress together with other deputies.

I am particularly proud that Jiang Xiaomeng, chairman of the group company, and Lu Guosheng of Jianfeng Health Technology Company were elected representatives of the Seventh People's Congress of Jinhua City. This meeting also made me deeply realize that the people's representatives should always keep in mind their mission, cherish honor, earnestly perform their functions, Do not forget your initiative mind, continue to move forward, work together, forge ahead, work together to promote development, roll up their sleeves and work hard, and make new contributions to "building the core of the city and winning an all-round well-off society. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
