Safety and environmental protection accident-free factory creation activity is an important measure for the company to improve the level of on-site management. The first phase of the activity starts from 2014 1 and ends at the end of 2016 for three years. Since the launch of the activity, all subordinate enterprises of the company have actively organized publicity and training related to safety and environmental protection, strengthened the awareness of safety and environmental protection of all employees, improved the management and operation level of safety and environmental protection; increased investment in safety and environmental protection facilities and equipment; strengthened safety and environmental protection inspection and self-examination and correction of hidden dangers, and timely organized rectification of hidden dangers; strictly assessed the units and relevant responsible persons of the accident, And the accident situation in the group, in order to arouse vigilance and avoid similar accidents. In the past three years, the company's subsidiaries have achieved remarkable results in standardization, safety, and clean operation. Safety and environmental protection accidents have dropped significantly, and no major accidents have occurred, which has effectively promoted the company's safe and civilized production construction. In the recent assessment of the establishment of safety and environmental protection accident-free factories in 2016 , a total of 6 units met the accident-free factory standard, of which Yunnan Jianfeng, Jianfeng International Trade and Pharmaceutical Department met the standard for the second consecutive year, and Daye Jianfeng, Qiubin Factory and Cable Company met the standard in the first year.

In order to sum up the experience and further improve the safety and environmental protection management level, the group company decided to continue to carry out the second phase of the activity of creating a safety and environmental protection accident-free factory. Compared with the first phase of the creation activity, the duration of the activity was extended from three years to five years, starting from 2017 1 1 ; Relevant evaluation standards have also been improved.

The establishment and assessment of safety and environmental protection accident-free factories takes one year as the cycle, and the enterprises that meet all the following conditions within the cycle are the safety and environmental protection accident-free factories of this period: the safety and environmental protection management organization is sound, the safety and environmental protection responsibilities are put in place, the management system is effectively implemented, and all kinds of accident emergency plans are complete and controlled; Through the three-level safety standardization standard assessment and effective implementation; passed ISO14000 environmental system certification; No industrial accidents (including traffic accidents) above grade 10 (inclusive) occurred; No poisoning and fire accidents with direct losses of more than 2 yuan occurred; According to the evaluation criteria, the total score of the assessment reached more than 80 ; No major pollution accident occurred and no punishment was imposed by the government environmental protection department. Commercial enterprises do not make mandatory requirements for safety standardization construction and environmental system certification.

According to the activity requirements, units that meet the above standards for a complete year can declare. Any safety and environmental protection accidents during the period must be recalculated from the date of the accident. If the application materials have been verified by the relevant departments of the group company to meet the standards, they shall be reported to the company for approval and reward. Those who have won the reward of safety and environmental protection accident-free factories for five consecutive years, awarded by the group company "safety and environmental protection accident-free factory" medal.
