Spring Festival Overhaul Busy

2# August 2 , Daye Peak 2017 Spring Festival Overhaul officially kicked off, with a total of 8 teams participating. The overhaul covers limestone crushing system, raw material roller press system, kiln system, cement mill system and waste heat power generation system, at the same time, the technical transformation of cement mill separator and the reinforcement and transformation of grate cooler bearing beam will be completed. This overhaul is the first overhaul after the organizational change of Daye Peak Production System. It has high work requirements, many repair teams, long repair cycle and many repair items.

This overhaul adheres to the guiding ideology of "thorough overhaul" and "thorough overhaul", completely eliminates potential hidden dangers in the operation of the equipment, and provides a strong guarantee for efficient and stable operation in the later period. In order to do a good job in this overhaul, before the Spring Festival, personnel from relevant departments discussed and revised the overhaul plan many times, and combined with past overhaul experience and the current national requirements for environmental protection, strengthened the control of safety and environmental protection. When the construction unit signs the contract, it submits a copy of the company's qualification documents. The Environmental Security Department specially drafts the "Daye Peak Maintenance Safety and Environmental Protection Notice", and lists the hazard sources and preventive measures in the construction process item by item according to the maintenance plan, and informs the outsourcing unit. The maintenance meeting is held every afternoon to ensure the communication of relevant information.

At present, the whole maintenance work is being carried out in an orderly manner. The on-site construction is standardized, and the safety and environmental protection awareness of maintenance personnel are significantly improved. All materials are dumped from high places after passing through chutes, pipes and bagging to reduce dust, and the ground is protected by receiving oil from oil drums or reasonably placing spare parts removed for maintenance, so as to prevent oil pollution on the ground. Yunnan Peak

In order to further improve the effective operation rate of the equipment, starting from January 3 , Yunnan Peak seized the gap between the relatively slow sales of cement during the Spring Festival and carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the main equipment such as raw material mill, rotary kiln, large cloth bag dust collector and grate cooler. Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory

24 and 25 , Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory organized mechanics to replace some valves on the steam supervisor by taking advantage of the time before the Spring Festival when the whole factory stopped supplying steam and stopped production, in addition, one 22KW internal circulating pump of the refrigerant unit of the freezing station was overhauled, and the refrigerant in the pipeline was drained and collected centrally, thus ensuring the normal production of the workshop after the opening year.
