When
visited the site, I specially asked the manager of the comprehensive management department who accompanied the visit. he explained: this slogan is mainly to remind managers to change their way of thinking and break through conventional ideas; Executors should change their ideas and resolutely implement the established policies. Participants should change their behavior habits and subvert the cement management routine. Let the impossible become a reality, become the norm, work responsibility shirking behavior is defined as dereliction of duty, etc.
For people, breaking through the existing concepts is a very painful thing and requires considerable perseverance to achieve it. Only when all personnel break through conventional thinking can they achieve their goals and meet the existing production methods. "Grasp the revolution and promote production", a classic slogan decades ago, did not expect to appear in the most conspicuous position of an enterprise that uses modern knowledge management methods and advanced management.
