"Spring Festival", the first impression given to us is reunion, a family happy New Year together. However, we seldom think that in the Spring Festival, a day of special significance to the Chinese people, there are a group of people who are paying silently in places we can't see. It is with their efforts that our company can have a better and more benign development, and our employees can spend a peaceful Spring Festival in a down-to-earth manner. They are the staff on duty who stay during the Spring Festival every year.

At the peak of Daye, the safety and security of the factory during the Spring Festival, the production preparation for the coming year, the transportation guarantee, and the food supply are all the work priorities of the personnel on duty. To this end, they gave up the opportunity to reunite with their families, stuck to their posts, carried out their work in an orderly manner according to the established plan, and made their own efforts for the enterprise to take off and develop in the new year.

There are many lovely and honorable colleagues. We might as well list some of them: Yin Benqiang, the captain of the security department, has spent every New Year's Eve in the factory since he joined the company in 2008 . The family has also changed from initial dissatisfaction to understanding and then to support. In Yin Benqiang's own words: Some things always need to be done by people. In order to ensure the guarantee of vehicle transportation during the Spring Festival, the Spring Festival is also spent in Daye Peak every year... There are also those cadres on duty and workshop staff during the Spring Festival. When we watched the Spring Festival Gala with laughter around the fire, when we called on friends to change cups, however, for the sake of the safety of the enterprise and the normal operation of the enterprise, they stick to their posts and pay silently.

On the night of New Year's Eve, there was a bitter cold wind blowing, and the New Year bell was vaguely heard. Looking at the fireworks rising in the sky and listening to the firecrackers from the distance, I seemed to flash that warm picture in front of my eyes-at home, it must be my father setting off firecrackers outside the door, and my mother and lover hid in the house listening to the noise outside... At that moment, they must be the same time, thinking of each other……
