He said Daye Peak will invest a lot of money in technological transformation in 2017 to increase shipments, improve cement performance and change the tight supply of cement in special periods. At the same time, it also made a commitment that no matter how low the price of cement is, Daye Peak will not reduce the quality of cement in order to reduce costs.
