In the past year, the workshop has been made to keep a close eye on the target responsibility system, adhere to the principle of stable kiln conditions, and have done a lot of work in the daily inspection and treatment of system air leakage, supervision of raw combustion materials, communication and timely adjustment of batching schemes, on-site process inspection, etc., and achieved obvious results. Among them, the total output of clinker reached 133.01 tons, up 12.42 tons year on year. The highest daily output reached 4417.2 tons, which provided guarantee for the increase of sales volume. Standard coal consumption per ton of clinker decreased 5.21 kg / tons year on year. Comprehensive power consumption per ton of clinker decreased 2.88 degrees / tons year on year.
