Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

News from our newspaper 11# April , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical 2016 came to an end.

Peak Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, antitumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines. The technical renovation project started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in 2012 , 10 , and was basically completed in 2015 , 9 . The construction of the project strictly abides by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implements the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and the investment in environmental protection facilities amounts to 1934 yuan. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physicochemical biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device connected with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage will be collected after reaching the standard by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is a RTO regenerative incineration device with ,000 cubic meters per hour and a ,4,000 cubic meters per hour centralized treatment device for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are collected and treated and discharged. 2015 10# In July, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, Jinxi Project was put into trial production.

2016 7 , Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas in Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of 8 , believing that the completion acceptance conditions of environmental protection facilities for construction projects were basically met. In order to further improve the waste gas treatment work, the pharmaceutical company also commissioned professional institutions to carry out waste gas leakage, detection and repair, and carried out scientific detection on the unorganized emission of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) at each leakage point, repaired the trace leakage point, and finally formed a detection report.

February 13 , relevant departments of Zhejiang provincial environmental protection department presided over an on-site meeting for the completion and acceptance of environmental protection facilities for Jinxi project. The leader of the acceptance team is He Wei, the Construction Project Management Office of the Provincial Environmental Protection Department. The members include leaders of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau and other units and provincial environmental protection experts, as well as professional institutions such as Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station and Zhejiang Huanke Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd. Representative. At the acceptance meeting, Shen Quan, director of Jinxi factory, introduced the main construction contents and operation of environmental protection facilities of Jinxi project. The provincial monitoring station explained the monitoring situation of the project, and Hangzhou Huanliang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. explained the environmental supervision of the project in detail. The acceptance team also went to the site to inspect the actual operation and use of waste water and waste gas treatment facilities, RTO incineration device, online monitoring system, hazardous waste warehouse, etc., and checked the production status of bulk drug workshop, etc. After careful deliberation, the acceptance team agreed that the project has basically implemented the main environmental protection measures proposed in the EIA and approval, and agreed in principle that the supporting environmental protection facilities have passed the completion acceptance.
