On July 12, 2016 , Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianfeng Pharmaceutical"), a subsidiary of the Company, and Germany Gefu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
