On July 12, 2016 , Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianfeng Pharmaceutical"), a subsidiary of the Company, and Germany Gefu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gefu Pharmaceutical"), Zhuhai Hengqin Deyunjia International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to: de Yunjia) signed the "Sino-foreign Joint Venture Contract" and jointly funded the establishment of a Sino-foreign joint venture in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, committed to building a pharmaceutical company for infants and children. The Chinese name of the joint venture company is: Zhejiang Jindel Baby Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
