On July 12, 2016 , Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianfeng Pharmaceutical"), a subsidiary of the Company, and Germany Gefu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gefu Pharmaceutical"), Zhuhai Hengqin Deyunjia International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to: de Yunjia) signed the "Sino-foreign Joint Venture Contract" and jointly funded the establishment of a Sino-foreign joint venture in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, committed to building a pharmaceutical company for infants and children. The Chinese name of the joint venture company is: Zhejiang Jindel Baby Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 20 million, of which: Jianfeng Pharmaceutical contributed RMB 11 million in cash, Ge Fu Pharmaceutical contributed RMB 5 million in the evaluation of intellectual property rights of proprietary technology, and Deyunjia contributed RMB 4 million in cash.
