Liu Dan, general manager of Tianjin Jianfeng, told reporters that after continuous technological innovation, the company has started from grape seed extraction and developed dozens of plant extract products such as apple polyphenols, ginsenosides, anthocyanins, resveratrol, soybean isoflavones, etc. In 2015 , the "JF-NATURAL " brand pure natural pesticide-free dietary supplement developed by the company was recognized as Tianjin's "killer product".

Why can it take the lead in the competition with domestic similar enterprises? Tianjin Jianfeng relies on continuous technological innovation and integration with international standards. "Our products are first and foremost international-oriented, and to be exported we have to meet international standards, so what is the difference between international standards and domestic standards? Simply put, most of the types of pesticide residues in imported products from Europe and the United States are times more than the national standard, which requires us to keep up with the international pace in terms of production processes and quality control." Liu Dan introduced.

In order to create its own brand internationally, it must also be outstanding. Removal of pesticide residues in extracts has always been a technical problem in the plant extraction industry. After years of efforts, Tianjin Jianfeng has invented a method that can not only remove pesticide residues in plant extracts but also retain their active ingredients, which meets the standards for pesticide residues in Europe and the United States, and has applied for a national invention patent. The technology has been successfully applied to the production of apple extract and ginseng extract, and the products are exported to the United States, Europe, Japan and other countries and regions.

Integrates Upstream and Downstream Industrial Resources

In 2015 , Tianjin Peak realized an output value of over 100 million yuan, double that of 5 years ago. Behind the figures are the changes in the two major international and domestic markets. "5 years ago, the international and domestic sales situation was 64, but now it is 46, indicating that the domestic market still has great potential."

Liu Dan said that the food processing and biomedical industries in Binhai New area are developing very fast, and the agglomeration effect of large enterprises is very conducive to the market expansion and large-scale operation of Tianjin Peak.

In Tianjin Peak, located in Huanghai 3rd Street, Development Zone, Liu Dan pointed to a large open area and said: "Next year, we will use this 30 mu of land to start the second phase of construction, focusing on the reuse of waste after plant extraction. For example, after the production of extracts in the past, grape seeds, grape skins, grapevines and other raw materials have been discarded, but now after years of technological accumulation, the technological level can fully meet the reuse of these wastes and promote the development of related industries. Not only grape series products, all our products must work hard in the direction of turning waste into treasure, and with the help of Binhai New Area, we can better revitalize the upstream and downstream industrial resources. We are confident that we will use another five years to achieve the goal of doubling the output value."

"real money and silver" helps enterprises to engage in research and development

Since entering the development zone in 2004 , Tianjin Jianfeng has gone through 12 years in TEDA. When it comes to the support of the development zone government to enterprises, Liu Dan summarizes it as "real money and silver"; 2005 5 , tianjin Jianfeng has established the first post-doctoral mobile workstation in the plant extraction industry, which has received strong support from the development zone government. Up to now, it has trained 4 post-doctoral talents. In 2008 , with the support of the development zone's policy to promote the development of high-tech industries, Jianfeng Company established an internal research and development organization and won a reward of 100 yuan from the development zone. 2010 , in cooperation with Tianjin Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Nankai University School of Pharmacy and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, the "Tianjin Plant Waste Reuse Technology Engineering Center" was established. In 2015 , Jianfeng Company passed the accreditation of Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center and won the award of Yuan from the Development Zone. 2016 , tianjin Jianfeng Company was listed in the "Development Zone Science and Technology Innovation 20 Enterprises".

Liu Dan recalled, "Over the years, through policy fulfillment, tax incentives, patent and trademark applications, national and municipal science and technology plan projects, fixed asset upgrades and many other fields, we have received millions of yuan in the development zone. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
