According to the industry characteristics of each business segment, market environment and other specific circumstances, the company makes requirements for the key content of each business segment's development plan. For example, the pharmaceutical sector focuses on the sales growth target of major profitable products, product development and listing target, management and technology promotion target, etc. The cement sector focuses on cost control objectives, technology and management promotion objectives, business chain integration, etc. The health industry focuses on product positioning, business model, market objectives, technological innovation objectives, etc. International trade focuses on business positioning, business objectives, profit model, management promotion objectives, etc. While putting forward these strategic goals, it is also necessary to plan the safeguard measures such as talents, funds, incentives and corresponding policies needed to achieve the goals.
