(III) Party B's rights and obligations

1 . Both parties cooperate to carry out diversified school-enterprise cultural exchange activities, and Party B shall provide active cooperation and necessary support.

2 . Party B shall timely inform Party A of the talent demand information of the enterprise, and conduct talent supply and demand information docking activities from time to time, such as special talent recruitment meetings. Under the same conditions, priority shall be given to the graduates of Party A.

3 . Party B actively carries out industry-university-research cooperation with Party A. Relying on Party A's scientific research platform, Party B gives priority to relevant cooperation with Party A.
