2、公司在任监事4人，出席2人，监事秦旭平、原杰出席了会议，监事会主席厉自强、监事石富因出差未能参加会议。；

3、公司董事会秘书朱坚卫出席了会议；公司副总经理黄金龙、张峰亮、项崇平、财务负责人兰小龙列席了本次会议。
