On November 3, 2014, Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. issued a notice to convene the first meeting of the ninth board of directors by fax, e-mail, telephone, and personal delivery. On November 12, 2014, the first meeting of the ninth board of directors of Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. was held in the form of an on-site meeting.
