2014 5 May 29 , the Company announced that Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, the controlling subsidiary of the Company, signed a Binding Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Framework Agreement") with SAS Company of France Diana Naturals. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical plans to sell its stake in Tianjin Jianfeng Natural Products Research and Development Co., Ltd. 54.5% at a price of yuan (RMB). The framework agreement will be valid until 2014 7 31 .
