The Company will strictly follow the requirements of risk control to invest in entrusted loans, entrusted wealth management, securities investment funds and other investment businesses, with the maximum total investment amount not exceeding RMB 1 .4 billion. The Board of Directors authorizes the Chairman to decide on entrusted wealth management and other investment business within the above-mentioned amount, and the authorization period shall be valid for 3 years from the date of approval by the Board of Directors of the Company, and the period of each investment business shall not exceed 12 months. Within the above quota, the funds can be used on a rolling basis.
