Zhejiang Naisikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a consensus could not be reached.In view of the fact that the exclusive period stipulated in the Framework Agreement has expired, after friendly negotiation, all parties jointly decided to terminate the equity transfer of Nessikang Company. On April 13, 2015, parties
signed the Memorandum on Termination of the Framework Agreement on Equity Transfer of Zhejiang Nessikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The main contents of the memorandum are as follows:1. The parties agree to terminate the Framework Agreement on Equity Transfer of Zhejiang Nestkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. signed on July 28, 2014.
2. Each party shall bear the expenses (audit and evaluation expenses) paid for the above-mentioned equity transfer, and shall not claim compensation or compensation from the other party.
