Jinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company") purchases drugs from related party Tianjin Tianshili Pharmaceutical Marketing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianshili Marketing Group"). It is estimated that the purchase amount in 2015 will be between 0.5 and 5% of the company's audited net assets at the end of 2014 (no more than 103.0351 million yuan).
