the notice of this meeting was published on October 28, 222 14 in 221 《 china Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities Securities News. The meeting was convened by the company's board of directors and presided over by the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Jiang Xiaomeng. The voting method of the meeting complied with the "Company Law" and the company's "Articles of Association.

Attendance of (IV) Directors, Supervisors and Secretary of the Board of Directors

Eight current directors of the company, Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng, Directors Yu Jianhong, Huang Sujian and Independent Director Zhang Yuyou attended the meeting, while other directors were unable to attend the meeting due to business trips. The company has five current supervisors, including Li Ziqiang, Qin Xuping, Yuan Jie and Shi Fu, other supervisors were unable to attend the meeting due to business trips; Zhu Jianwei, secretary of the company's board of directors, attended the meeting; some senior executives of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

Vocational skill level identification examination!

On June 16 and 18, the theoretical and practical examinations for the determination of professional skill level in the peak pharmaceutical sector were held successively in Jinxi pharmaceutical factory.
