1. Meeting and Attendance

The 2013 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of (I) Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. was held at 9: 00 a.m. on June 6, 20 14 at Jianfeng Building, 88 Wujiang East Road, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province by on-site voting.

(II) The shareholders and proxies present at the meeting are shown in the following table:
