The 14th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of the Company was held in the company conference room on , 2014 4 April 11 . The meeting deliberated and passed the amendment proposal of the company's articles of association. Original "Article 154 The company's profit distribution policy is:
(I) the company's profit distribution principle: the company should attach importance to reasonable returns to investors and adhere to the company's sustainable development. The profit distribution policy should maintain continuity and stability.
(II) the decision-making procedure and mechanism of the company's profit distribution: the board of directors shall draw up a profit distribution plan according to the company's operating conditions and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration and decision.
