on Approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission for Issuance of Corporate Bonds The Board of Directors and all directors of the Company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and assumes individual and joint responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of its contents .
On May 3, 2013, the company received the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "China Securities Regulatory Commission") "Approval of the Approval of the Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds by Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd." (Zheng Jian Ke [2013] No. 595) document, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. the China Securities Regulatory Commission to approve the company's public offering of corporate bonds with a face value not exceeding 0.6 billion yuan.
2. The corporate bonds are issued in installments. The face value of the first issue shall not be less than 50% of the total issue face value, and shall be completed within 6 months from the date of approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission; the issuance of the remaining bonds shall be completed within 24 months from the date of approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
3. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of approval for issuance.
The board of directors of the company will handle matters related to the public issuance of corporate bonds in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned approval documents and the authorization of the company's general meeting of shareholders.
