On April 19, 2013, the meeting was held as scheduled in the conference room of Jianfeng Building in Jinhua, Zhejiang. All five members of the board of supervisors attended the meeting. the meeting was presided over by Mr. Li ziqiang, chairman of the board of supervisors. after deliberation and voting, the following resolutions were passed:
