Of course, our front-line salesmen must take the initiative to understand in depth, but before taking action, they must understand what goals they want to achieve, what they should do, and so on. These valuable experience, let me restore confidence, gradually mature. In particular, last year, the factory arranged for our salesmen to practice in the production department for one month, which made us more familiar with the performance and technological process of peak cement products. Not only could we answer well in the subsequent market visits, but also we could grasp the needs of customers and "suit the remedy to the case". It also increased my confidence in doing a good job in marketing.
Huang Ping Peak is developing, and I am becoming more and more handy in my work, more and more passionate and motivated.
