I am honored to join the marketing department of Huang Ping Peak in April 2020 and become a peak person to grow together with this new enterprise. At that time, as a new brand in Guizhou market, "Jianfeng" needed marketing personnel to go deep into the market, publicize, promote and promote our brand in order to be recognized by the public. At that time, I had just come into contact with the cement industry and had never had any sales experience. In addition, I was introverted and was afraid to communicate with others. When visiting the market, I was often speechless when asked by customers. Several setbacks have hit my self-confidence. I often question my ability to work and doubt whether I can really do the job. When my thoughts went downhill, the company leaders talked to me, encouraged me and taught me a lot of market experience, teaching me to find topics of concern to customers with different needs. For example, the concrete mixing plant pays attention to the stable quality and low cost of cement. We will introduce these to customers through the product performance, sales channels and transportation advantages of peak cement, so that they can get substantial benefits, which will naturally arouse their interest and may reach cooperation. Another example is to expand the market. Of course, our front-line salesmen must take the initiative to understand in depth, but before taking action, they must understand what goals they want to achieve, what they should do, and so on. These valuable experience, let me restore confidence, gradually mature. In particular, last year, the factory arranged for our salesmen to practice in the production department for one month, which made us more familiar with the performance and technological process of peak cement products. Not only could we answer well in the subsequent market visits, but also we could grasp the needs of customers and "suit the remedy to the case". It also increased my confidence in doing a good job in marketing.
Huang Ping Peak is developing, and I am becoming more and more handy in my work, more and more passionate and motivated. This is not only because of the working environment and salary, but also because of the concern of the leaders and the enthusiasm of my colleagues, which makes me want to stay in the big family of Jianfeng. We organize group building activities every year, such as the "crossing the blockade" link in this year's event, which reflects the unity and mutual support and help of each member of the team, which is still fresh in my memory. The same is true in our work. After all, a person's strength is limited, and problems will inevitably be encountered in our work. If we can help our partners more while doing our work well, we will not only improve ourselves, but also gain a sincere friendship and create a good atmosphere for the company. The leaders of the company not only encourage and support us in our work, but also care for us in private. In the first half of last year, the cement market in Guizhou continued to be sluggish. Sales in our remote areas fell sharply. Poor sales performance naturally led to a decline in income. Yang Zhendong, deputy general manager in charge of sales, learned that the department staff were worried about the tuition fees for their children and generously donated money to help advance the tuition fees, so that he could work at ease. This small move, let me really feel the warmth of the spike family.
In the past three years, I have witnessed Huang Ping's peak from construction to production, and then to the product entering the market. We Huang Ping Jianfeng employees are well aware that the key to a new brand to be accepted by the public lies in "forging iron needs to be hard". The management team formulates strategies, the production department strives for perfection, the sales staff goes deep into the market to work hard, and everyone cooperates sincerely, so that Jianfeng Cement can enter thousands of homes.
