Employees can independently choose to participate in the corresponding vocational skills identification training and examination according to their own vocational skills level. For employees who pass the skill assessment, the company will issue a national unified vocational skill grade certificate to prove their vocational skill level.

The deadline for self-determination of vocational skill level is May 15. From May to mid-June, each unit will organize employees who sign up for accreditation to participate in relevant training.
