In the first quarter of each year, QA has to complete the annual quality report of each product in the previous year, so this is also the busiest time in the department. During this time, on-site QA spent all its time drafting and reviewing product annual reports, in addition to supervising the production site and reviewing records. "Senior Brother" is the system QA, responsible for change management and other work, she has been eager to help everyone after completing the information related to the change in the annual report, now check the registration information, later help to draw a trend chart ...... Busy before and after also completely did not leave their work. One day, we were chatting in the cafeteria over dinner, and when we talked about "a few masters and apprentices on the road to the West, if you choose one, who do you intend to be", someone said, "It is estimated that everyone would want to be the second senior brother of the group. But if we compare our department to the scripture-learning team, then Li Yi must be the master brother with the highest contribution value to our 'road to the scripture-learning." Everyone nodded in agreement. Coincidentally, Li Yi's WeChat avatar happens to be Sun Wukong. From then on, we began to affectionately call Li Yi "Master Brother!

Sun Wukong has a golden cudgel, and our "master elder brother" also has a treasure, which is her "Technical Guidelines for Post-marketing Chemical Pharmaceutical Change Research". On weekdays, she can always be seen holding the book and reading it carefully. She laughed and said that the guiding principles are her work manual. If someone comes to ask what research needs to be done for a change, the "big brother" will surely give him a satisfactory answer. Someone asked "Big Brother" why he was so fond of that guiding principle. "Senior Brother" said, "I often look at the new ones. You see, it has been more than ten years since GMP was released, but not everyone in our department will take it out and look at it again. After reading the new regulations, studying the new guidelines, and then going back to see GMP, there will definitely be new insights into a certain clause."

Yes, in recent years, new laws and regulations, departmental rules and industry guidelines have emerged one after another in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the area of drug change management. Before that, the "Drug Administration Law" and "Post-marketing Drug Change Management Measures" determined the keynote of drug change management, and after that, various documents such as various change guidelines and provincial bureau change communication rules clearly changed the specific management mode. "Senior Brother" loves learning and will discuss certain events with us from time to time. Everyone checks laws and regulations, reads documents, expresses their own opinions and quotes classics, thus arousing the learning atmosphere of the whole department.
