The high temperature in the on-site workplace of the kiln and preheater made him suffer a lot. When there was a failure at the scene, he actively ran to the scene to help. He was very busy and never said he was tired. When the fault is solved, he is no longer shy at this time. He always likes to ask the root of the problem and ask the cause and solution of the problem. It was his study habit, coupled with his ability to study hard and like to study hard, that made him quickly familiar with the working environment and process operation process on site.
