Later, he was assigned to the first-line on-site study. In order to understand and familiarize himself with the on-site production equipment and process operation process as soon as possible, he followed the old master on-site inspection every day, ran up and down, and took no less than 20,000 steps every day. The high temperature in the on-site workplace of the kiln and preheater made him suffer a lot. When there was a failure at the scene, he actively ran to the scene to help. He was very busy and never said he was tired. When the fault is solved, he is no longer shy at this time. He always likes to ask the root of the problem and ask the cause and solution of the problem. Over time, he has also accumulated a lot of experience in handling on-site production faults. Diligently and studious, not ashamed to ask, this may be a habit formed when reading. It was his study habit, coupled with his ability to study hard and like to study hard, that made him quickly familiar with the working environment and process operation process on site.
