Ying Zhenxin joined Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in July 2020, transferred to the second manufacturing department under construction in November of the same year, and successively participated in the follow-up of the work such as land leveling of the factory, civil construction of the factory, purification and decoration of the workshop, hoisting of production equipment in place, installation and debugging of the equipment, verification and confirmation of the factory facilities and equipment, introduction and trial production of new products... In just three years, he completed the transformation from a young scholar to a small expert in post operation.

While strengthening the training of his own hands-on ability, Ying Zhenxin also fully participated in the drafting and formulation of equipment operation and cleaning SOP, change and risk assessment documents. He is also very eager to learn and likes to ask the bottom line to find out the answers to the doubts. During the commissioning and verification of the equipment, he can always see the picture of him asking the manufacturer's master for learning modestly. He took part in the professional grade examination of pharmaceutical preparation in 2021 and 2022, and obtained the middle and advanced skill certificates with excellent results.

When getting along with colleagues, Ying Zhenxin always adheres to the principle of "help if you can" and never cares how much you pay. I remember once, a batch of stainless steel tables and chairs arrived, and other boys were busy. He and several girls immediately took on the work of loading and unloading all the goods. He asked the girls to carry lighter chairs and other items, and carried tables and shelves by themselves. While sweating profusely, he also reminded his colleagues to pay attention to safety from time to time. During the April 15 epidemic last year, he even volunteered to support production in response to the shortage of production operators due to regional containment.

2022 , Ying Zhenxin was appraised as a "little expert in post operation" in the factory department. However, when it comes to this matter, he is talking about the care and help given to him by the company and his colleagues around him. Cement industry, Huangshi City two honors flower daye peak
