I entered Huang Ping Jianfeng on March 3, 2021, and it has been two years now. When I first arrived at the factory, I was a college student who had just graduated and lacked experience. However, under the leadership of the leader and with the help of my colleagues, I now have a certain understanding of cement production technology, and my study and progress have always accompanied me.

My position is a craftsman in the clinker section of the Quality Control Department. While working hard to do my job well, I also often participate in training and study, lead the team to master the inspection skills of total phosphorus, respond to other colleagues' questions in a timely manner, and be able to respond in the shortest possible time and help solve problems. I will be responsible for the use, maintenance and management of fluorescence analyzers, pay attention to raw material ingredients and kiln calcination, organize a group to make a cross-zone adjustment analysis and discussion meeting summarized on January 1, strengthen the adjustment skills of the control group staff, achieve advance adjustment, improve the qualified rate of clinker quality data, and improve the clinker strength. The quality data of the mine is also the focus of my attention. I should make statistics, analysis and supervision and feedback on the quality data of limestone every day, and track and supervise the usage and adjustment of the mine cross-belt analyzer and the raw material cross-belt analyzer in real time. In view of the batching of raw material section, the optimal economical batching scheme is selected, the use and stacking of raw materials on site are supervised, and the batching stability of raw material across the cross-belt is strengthened, control and statistics the data deviation of bituminous coal entering the factory, supervise and track the bituminous coal entering the factory, sampling, sample sealing, password number, parallel situation, sampling, standard sample and accuracy of testing instruments; Actively organize and carry out training and learning meetings of departments, complete the tasks assigned by leaders, actively coordinate the internal work of departments, and make members of QC team of clinker roller system and QC team of kiln system, actively participate in meeting summaries and statistical data feedback issues, and discuss issues to track and implement solutions. I firmly believe that if you want to do a good job, you must refine your work and define your goals.

For me, 2021 is the stage of understanding, learning and curiosity, 2022 is the stage of in-depth study and refinement, and 2023 is the stage of summary, analysis and discussion of all data for stability. I hope my efforts can contribute to Huang Ping's peak and strengthen our overall competitiveness in the market.
