I entered Jianfeng Pharmacy in March 2020. I just entered the company and know nothing very well. With the help and guidance of my predecessors and colleagues, learn and understand the pharmacy's product knowledge, sales skills, job responsibilities and responsibilities.

The company will regularly organize professional training to enhance our professional quality, and organize group building activities to make the relationship between colleagues more harmonious. In the training and competition, I found my own shortcomings, and after continuous learning, consolidate my professional knowledge, and then apply what I have learned in the usual sales, try my best to solve customer problems, and improve my practical ability, Communication skills and understanding of professional knowledge. At the end of
2021 , I was named "excellent member", which is not only an affirmation of my work, but also a spur to me. In 2022, I successfully passed the licensed pharmacist examination. In March 2023, I was selected into the company's talent pool... I know very well that these are the platforms and opportunities provided by the peak. Every bit of my progress is inseparable from the training and recognition of the company and the trust and help of leaders and colleagues.
In my future work, I still need to learn with an open mind and constantly expand my professional knowledge. As a young man in the new era, I must dare to think, dare to do, dare to fight, and dare to try, because what we need to inherit is not only the predecessors.
