my hometown xiangyu town is the location of dongzhi economic development zone. in September 2018, I decided to go back to my hometown for development and entered Anhui xinbei card chemical safety and environmental protection department. When I first came into contact with the chemical industry, I had never learned about safety and environmental protection before. At that time, I was full of doubts about this job, and it was very difficult to learn. Fortunately, with the help of department leaders and colleagues, I quickly entered the working state.
When I first entered the company, there were only three people in the department. I was the only woman. I was young. The department leaders and colleagues took care of me very much. Everything at work would be explained patiently and guided carefully until I understood it. Let me feel warm. In the past five years, I have been studying every day, and with the continuous improvement of the company's safety system and the change of department leaders, I can always learn different knowledge. My first department leader took me into the door of Anhuan and gave me the opportunity to learn and practice. The second department leader taught me a rigorous and serious working attitude, allowing me to learn lessons and increase experience from every small mistake. The third leader taught me to treat every job calmly and calmly. The fourth leader taught me to sort out my thoughts before doing everything, the fifth leader taught me to establish my own "work system" and to maintain the operation of this "system"... Every day is a battle, every day is a growth, and every job is an accumulation of experience.
Now the whole society attaches great importance to safety and environmental protection. I have experienced countless inspections by governments at all levels in the past five years. The most impressive one was the one at the end of 2019. The inspection was led by the leaders of the ministries and agencies. There were also five experts and five professional safety managers. Everything from general plan, equipment, technology to fire fighting was available. The relevant personnel of our New North Card were also divided into five groups to welcome the inspection. I was in the safety management group. Before that, we made a comprehensive inspection and strict rectification in the whole factory, and experts especially praised our group at the inspection summary meeting.
In the past few years, from the preparation of emergency drill plans, to tabletop drills, to the availability of equipment and personnel in actual drills, summing up experiences and lessons after drills, and doing a good job in closed-loop management, are all my work content and "results". I am really happy to see that with the joint efforts of all the staff in the department, the messy information has become in good order, and the safety and occupational health warning signs on the production site are becoming more and more standardized.
As a full-time safety officer, the idea of "safety is no small matter, make a fuss, do all the big things" has been deeply rooted in my mind. Although I often encounter problems of one kind or another in my work, and sometimes I feel that time is not enough, I think that only by working hard to do a good job can I make continuous progress and improve myself. According to relevant requirements, agricultural science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province must take agricultural products as their main business, and have sound production and operation places, facilities and management systems. Scientific and technological personnel account for more than 15% of the total number of employees of the enterprise, and the annual sales income of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan (of which the sales income of agricultural science and technology products and technical income account for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise), presided over the county (city, district) or above science and technology projects, environmental protection to meet the national standards. Since its establishment, Jianfeng Health has attached great importance to the construction of innovation platform and the training of scientific and technological personnel. As of the end of 2016, scientific and technological personnel accounted for 17% of the total number of employees in the enterprise, and 76% of the technical personnel had bachelor's degree or above; the sales revenue of scientific and technological products accounted for about 90%; R & D expenses accounted for 8.9 of the total sales revenue; and undertook 3 scientific and technological projects above counties (cities, districts). After obtaining the honorary title of Jinhua agricultural science and technology enterprise in 2016, peak health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise. On the basis of the recommendation of the science and technology department of Wucheng District, through the evaluation links such as formal examination, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation and defense, Jianfeng Health will finally be awarded the accreditation.
