During the training, Xiang Chongping systematically shared the changes in the employment situation of enterprises in recent years, the construction of enterprise employment compliance system, and the prevention of six types of employment risks. He pointed out that in recent years, international trade disputes, geopolitical conflicts and the impact of epidemics have caused enterprises to face a highly uncertain external market environment, and traditional employment models have caused high labor costs. Labor dispatch, labor outsourcing, retirement reemployment, shared employment, platform employment, flexible employment and other methods have been adopted by more and more enterprises; enterprises should also strengthen the construction of employment compliance system from the aspects of rules and regulations construction, strengthening key links and important process control, risk assessment and resolution, and enterprise legal affairs. Based on actual cases, he explained the risks that are easy to occur and how to avoid them from six aspects: recruitment, employee transfer disputes, labor contract content and terms, illegal termination of labor contract, medical period, and overtime wage base disputes.
