In February this year, through the introduction of friends, I had the honor to become a member of Daye Peak Cement Company.
In my previous impression, the cement factory was full of dust and the working environment was poor, but when I came to Daye Peak, what was displayed in front of me was the wide and clean road, the green woods and meadows, the fragrant flowers in the spring breeze, and the fountain in the pool was spraying a crystal-clear water column towards the sky... Being in it was like entering a park. The glass in the workshop was wiped clean and transparent, as if there was no trace of dust; the equipment on the production site was kept in good condition, which made people feel very at ease. What I saw completely overturned the original imagination of cement plants.
I am engaged in the work of inserting packages in Daye Peak. When I first arrived at my post, everything was very strange. In order to let me learn the skills of inserting bags as soon as possible, the department specially arranged a teacher with good skills, good personality and strong sense of responsibility to teach me. My master works very hard and is very strict with me. There is no room for carelessness. She patiently explained the essentials of inserting bags for me. Even if I understood them slowly, she still explained and demonstrated them over and over again until I fully mastered them. Under her careful guidance, I was soon able to work skillfully and independently.
Although I have only joined Daye Peak for more than a month, I have already felt a lot in this short period of more than a month: the department leaders' care for the employees, the mutual help between colleagues, the communication between superiors and subordinates in the morning meeting every day, analyzing and solving problems together... With the care and training of the leaders and the help of colleagues in the workshop, I have fully adapted to the working and living environment here. I believe that in such a harmonious working atmosphere, I will be able to effectively improve in all aspects.
I am very happy to work in Daye Peak. I am extremely proud of being a member of the peak, and I will cherish this hard-won fate. I will work harder and use my youth and blood to contribute my strength to the development of the peak cause.

Vocational skill level identification examination!
On June 16 and 18, the theoretical and practical examinations for the determination of professional skill level in the peak pharmaceutical sector were held successively in Jinxi pharmaceutical factory. The independent identification of vocational skill level includes three occupations (types of work): pharmaceutical preparation worker, chemical inspector and organic synthesis worker, basically covering the main posts in the pharmaceutical sector, with a total of 125 employees signing up for the identification.
