I have been working in Jianfeng for nearly 25 years. I have experienced many things, learned a lot, understood a lot and gained a lot. Over the years, my leadership has changed a lot, and my colleagues have changed a lot, but my love for spikes has not changed.
I used to work in Jinhua Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. Biochemical pharmaceutical factory products, the benefit is good, but the old plant, the surrounding environment is poor, can not meet the GMP requirements. After being merged and acquired by the peak, the plant has been upgraded and the welfare of employees has also been improved. From then on, I became a spike man.
In 2001 , Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory started construction and recruited employees throughout the company. After several strict examinations of written examinations and interviews, I entered Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory. At that time, the Qiubin factory produced injection products such as soft bags, glass bottles and middle needles. Two workshops and four production lines were started at the same time. The machines in the workshop roared, and the employees were working in full swing and all of them were full of energy. Anyone who watched the scene would feel excited.
Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory has advanced equipment and strict management, with special emphasis on product quality and environmental hygiene. Previously, the workshop was divided into 300,000 levels, 100,000 levels, 10,000 levels and 100 levels. Each process and batch of products produced had standardized operation records for retrospective search. Employees should conduct GMP training, post SOP training, safety training, etc. every once in a while to ensure safe and effective production.
In the packaging post, the old method of manual packaging was initially used. Later, the linkage packaging machine was used instead. From labeling, small box packing, plastic packaging, code scanning, to packing and packing, the whole process of integrated packaging was replaced by linkage machine, thus saving cost and improving efficiency.
The development of the peak is inseparable from the improvement of product quality, and the improvement of product quality is inseparable from the improvement of each employee's awareness of product quality. As a peak person, on the occasion of the 30-year listing of this peak stock, I hope that the future peak will flourish and create more and better products to make our company invincible.
