When installing the new seal, apply a little lithium grease to prevent displacement during installation. Apply a layer of hydraulic oil to the inner cavity of the cylinder body to improve the smoothness. The cylinder body mouth faces upward, lift the piston to the center of the cylinder body, and slowly put it in. During the putting process, pay attention to the close contact between the seal and the piston to prevent damage. After being in place, lift the end cover and gently penetrate the piston rod. At the same time, do lubrication measures to prevent damage to the seal and evenly press the fixing bolts of the end cover and cylinder body. Then use the hydraulic pump to test the pressure, inject hydraulic oil from the pressurizing hole, and when the pressure is increased to the approved pressure, no hydraulic oil flows out when the pressure relief hole is disassembled, which proves that the hydraulic cylinder is qualified for installation.
