After 17 years of working in Spike, I really feel that Spike is a place to cultivate people. Peak this enterprise, peak managers at all levels, have provided us with a good platform and environment, so that I can grow from a small white in the workplace to be able to stand alone; from no work experience, to now can be responsible for important engineering Construction projects; from a fresh graduate to a senior engineer and registered safety engineer.
