The two-way scoring evaluation system for behavioral performance is piloted to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of party members and cadres and stimulate organizational vitality. The system is divided into two aspects: positive points and negative points. Positive points are made for the well-done parts and negative points are made for the parts that do not meet the standard requirements. The positive and negative points are evaluated and reflected separately and cannot be offset against each other.
