Blister is a kind of plastic processing technology. The main principle is to heat the flat plastic hard sheet to soften, adsorb it on the surface of the mold by vacuum, and form it after cooling. It is mainly used to protect the finished product and buffer the collision between bottles during transportation. Considering the long external procurement cycle of blister, the powder needle workshop is equipped with an automatic packaging line, and the function of blister offline production is added to the automatic packaging line URS, and the blister production is completed by replacing the specifications, thus reducing the production cost.
