As an electrical supervisor, the electrician class he led won the excellent team of Huang Ping Jianfeng in 2022. He asked the following employees to make a summary of the work of the day 15 minutes before leaving work and assign the work tasks of the day 15 minutes before going to work. If they need or have difficulties, he will actively answer questions and help the employees.

Before stopping the kiln every time, he will make the maintenance plan in advance. In his schedule, he will assign the maintenance tasks according to the staff's ability. Each task is detailed to the number of people, who is in charge, how many hours, matters needing attention and preventive measures. The plan is clear and the thinking is clear.
