I am a "Second Generation of Peak". I entered Peak in April 1981. At that time, I was Jinhua Cement Factory, the predecessor of the group located at the foot of Peak Mountain. The 42-year experience in the peak was very simple. For the first 30 years, I worked in the company's clinic, starting with the clinic of Jinhua Cement Factory, then changed to the clinic of the group company. After August 2011, I transferred to Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company to do administrative and logistics management. After that, I added party affairs, trade unions and other aspects of work

. After working in the peak for so many years, my greatest gain was the growth of life. Here, from the students who have just left school to the real starting point of life, to the society, to start a family and start a career, to the present career has some achievements, all of which are obtained in the social university of the peak. In the past 40 years, I have personally felt the entrepreneurial spirit, dedication and innovative spirit of the peak people, and felt the courage and courage of the peak people to seize opportunities and dare to take the edge. From a poor and white small cement factory to a cross-industry and cross-regional comprehensive group company, all embody the wisdom and hardships of several generations of peak people, and all embody the unremitting efforts of several generations of peak people. this is the most precious spiritual wealth that peak has accumulated for more than 60 years, and it is also my greatest feeling and harvest in the past 40 years.

I have been in the peak for 42 years, and I am about to retire. I will try my best to do my present work well, do as many things as possible, and do my part for the development of the group. Do a good job in spreading help, set a good example of righteousness, pass on the fine tradition of peak to the young generation of peak people, and pass on my little business knowledge and work experience to the young generation of peak people, make them the baton of the centennial spike as early as possible.

At the same time, I also thank Jianfeng for giving me a platform for learning and growth in life, allowing me to become a person who is responsible and grateful to society, business, and family. I also hope that all peak people can sincerely unite and work together in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, so that our company can overcome temporary difficulties and continue to maintain healthy and stable development. In December 1994 , I was recruited as a contract employee to work in Bailongqiao Branch of Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company. After entering the company for a few years, in June 1999, after public bidding, Jianfeng Group bought out Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company at one time. At this point, I also officially became a member of the spike.

In the big family of peak, I started with the most basic work of finance. I worked as a cashier, a commodity bookkeeper and a sales accountant successively. I slowly learned from myself and taught by my predecessors. At present, I am a relatively mature financial accountant, mainly responsible for the comprehensive profit statement of pharmaceutical companies.

What impressed me most was the working attitude of the peak financiers, the seriousness, care and rigor of the financial staff and the mutual trust and collaboration of the financial team. Over the past 20 years, I have deeply felt the unity and mutual assistance of the peak people. In the face of continuous personnel optimization, everyone has become a versatile person. They can properly arrange the daily work content according to their priorities, and voluntarily help each other., Complete each task on time with quality and quantity, and work overtime without complaint. There is also the fact that peak people can not flinch when things happen, try every means to actively communicate and cooperate with relevant departments, and can properly coordinate and solve problems, which shows the fighting spirit and skillful ability of peak people when things happen. Because of such a strong and professional team, peak has its own place in the long volume of history and its own brilliant moment.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the listing of the peak, I also sincerely wish the peak can carry on the past, climb the peak bravely and create another glory! Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December. Two Cement Enterprises Start to Implement "Big Patrol Inspection"

On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
