My name is Zheng Zhentao. I used to be the head of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Huangping County, Guizhou Province. When former county party secretary Lin Changfu and former county magistrate Yang Zhi led a team to visit Jianfeng Group, chairman Jiang Xiaomeng took time to meet and communicate no matter how busy he was. Huang Ping Peak started construction in March 2019 and was officially completed and put into production on November 20, 2020. Its advanced equipment, automation and technical production indicators are all at the leading level in the same industry in China, and it is still a high-standard "green enterprise" and "garden enterprise". What is particularly commendable is that among the more than 140 employees, except for 20 management and technical backbones selected by the group, the others are all employees recruited locally by Huang Ping, of which 19 are children of poor households who have established files and registered cards. In the two years since it was put into operation, Huangping peak radiation has driven the development of upstream and downstream transportation, catering, services and other related industrial chains, which has played a positive role in further consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in Huangping County and boosting rural revitalization. Actively solve the difficulties and problems in the process of enterprise development; in order to promote the development of enterprises, implement "packaged" services and "contract work" in place on issues such as enterprise land use, financing, project declaration, adhere to high-quality, efficient and transparent services as the cornerstone of attracting investment and enhancing comprehensive competitiveness, fully stimulate the development vitality of various market entities, and strive to create a new service image of "noble service, serving noble; Huang Ping government, approachable", Be a good "shop second" for enterprise development ". Peak is the largest industrial project in Huangping County, carrying too many dreams of Huangping people. Although I have left the investment promotion post now, I still habitually often open the peak official website to see the development and changes of the peak. I learned from the official website that this year is the 30th anniversary of the listing of Jianfeng. I think of the exchanges with Jianfeng people over the past few years. I am very touched, and more of my sincere blessings.
