hazardous chemical leakage accident is to quickly and effectively deal with the over-temperature and over-pressure leakage accidents in the production process of the bulk drug workshop, to deal with emergencies through an efficient organization system, and to control and reduce personnel and property damage in the shortest time and the most effective way. This exercise simulated that the personnel on duty in the automatic control room found that the steel platform on the north side of the anti-tumor bulk drug line replaced the reaction tank with a high-pressure alarm. At the same time, the automatic control emergency venting failed and the automatic control system failed. During the manual switching operation of the on-site personnel, the emergency plan was immediately started in the bulk drug workshop due to over-temperature and over-pressure in the kettle, equipment sealing problems and thionyl chloride steam leakage, the comprehensive coordination group, engineering rescue group, on-site rescue group, evacuation protection group and logistics support group handled the accident in an orderly manner, and the accident was controlled and relieved. By personally participating in on-site drills and drill summary analysis, the employees not only enhanced their knowledge of emergency rescue, but also had further practical experience in emergency site handling, emergency evacuation, correct escape and rescue, etc., which can effectively respond to emergencies in the future. Qiubin Preparation Workshop organized all staff to re-learn and identify the hazard sources in the workshop equipment and daily production activities, implement the safety concept of "all accidents can be prevented and controlled, and focus on prevention", continuously deepen the impression of employees, strengthen the awareness of safe operation, and ensure production safety and life safety. Relevant personnel of the Ministry of Security led all personnel to learn the spirit of the group company's documents on "safe production month" and warned employees that "safety is due to vigilance and accidents are due to paralysis" by explaining a series of production accidents.
