On May 23, professionals from Daye Metrology Institute went to Daye Peak Cement Company to carry out special verification on the electronic truck scale.
According to the requirements of the national metrology technical regulations, the weighbridge truck scale must apply for verification before use, and can only be used after passing the "first inspection", and it can be verified at least once a year. The weighbridge truck scale that has not been verified or exceeds the effective date of verification cannot be used. The accuracy of the weighbridge truck scale may change due to the influence of use, environment and aging of components. Verification is also beneficial to the trading order in the market, the floor scale as the basis for settlement can protect the interests of both parties to the transaction. There are five truck scales to be verified in Daye Peak. The verification time is determined according to the specific conditions of cement delivery, raw materials entering the factory and ore delivery. The verification items include inspection of general technical requirements, zero point inspection, weighing test, skin removal weighing test, repeatability verification, partial load verification, identification valve verification and other seven aspects. The verification personnel made a comprehensive comparison and inspection of the data, and the error rate was within the normal range, reaching the standard of qualified use. The inspectors also put forward rectification suggestions for the hidden dangers and defects found in this inspection, requiring manufacturers and users to do daily maintenance and maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the measurement equipment.
