first entered the factory, I did statistics in the workshop and often had to deal with Li Jie from the general department. Li Jie is ten years older than me. Every time she goes to hand in her watch, she will ask me about my work and tell me to learn to simplify my work with my knowledge. As a newcomer who has just entered the society, that kind of care, encouragement and careful teaching makes me full of confidence and more enthusiastic about my work. Until now, I still maintain the working attitude formed at that time. I am not discouraged when encountering problems. I can take the criticism and guidance of leaders seriously and listen to the opinions and suggestions of colleagues with an open mind.
My first direct leader was Director Yang of the finished product workshop. He was 1.8 meters tall and had very meticulous requirements for work. When recruits are at a loss when they work, Director Yang will give me guidance step by step, giving me enough time and space to learn the work process, picking up the office software that I learned in the school and throwing aside the useless office software to help me accumulate work experience.
Later, I changed from a workshop statistician to a department statistician. My master Dao Jie showed me absolute care and patience. Every report form, every formula and the completion time of everything were "recorded" one by one ". It was she who taught me to form the habit of arranging working hours reasonably and to make reasonable arrangements for myself according to priorities and time sequence. It was also in this department that I met the most "haggle over every ounce" assistant general manager Lu zong. in order to make the unit price of woven bags 1 penny cheaper, he could bargain with suppliers for a long time. He can point out the mistakes after going through all kinds of documents and statements every day. from then on, I have to check them again and again before reporting the data.
Later, "The simple numbers I face every day turn into money" because I became the head of internal affairs in the marketing department. This sentence was also said by Fang Zong, who is in charge of sales, when he first talked to me. The huge cement factory ships thousands of tons every day, involving hundreds of thousands of payments. When I first arrived at this post, it was true or false to say that I was not nervous. Fang is always a person who is very strict with his work. He will check my "homework" like a teacher and go down to any number on the report. Every time I did something imperfect, he would criticize me severely, but then he would point out the direction of improvement. Every time the sales policy is adjusted, Fang always likes to ask, "what do you think customers will think?" after a long time, I find that my ability to draw inferences from one instance has become stronger, and I am used to considering from the standpoint of others and looking at problems more comprehensively.
Marketing is where I 've been the longest and fastest growing. Xiao Lu, a statistician, is a colleague who makes me feel intimidated. She is younger than me. Dozens of customers know the different unit prices by heart. We worked together for two years, and her monthly statements never went wrong. Every time I work overtime, even if what I have to do has nothing to do with her, she will accompany me to check. Xiao Lu is also a person with special perseverance, because he likes Japanese anime and enrolled in Japanese training courses. He also bought a notebook computer and practiced oral English whenever he was free. I felt that I could talk to the Japanese after listening too much. When I first arrived in the marketing department, I always felt that things were many and difficult. Fortunately, there was Xiao Lu, which made me overcome my fear of difficulties.
In the marketing department, I have to deal with different customers every day. Customers are also the people who teach me to grow up. However, my colleagues will teach me patiently, but the customers are a little "forcing" me to grow up. Customers have different tempers, some are kind, some are not cold or hot, and some even have communication barriers, but in the final analysis, they want us to do a good job in service. I am an introvert, and communicating with others is the biggest challenge. Over the years, I have gradually overcome some weaknesses in my personality and can adopt different communication methods according to different customers. The growth of

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance
On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
